From an owner like you

“Our reputation online is substantially better.”

Leads get responded to quickly, estimates and follow-ups are handled properly, and we're turning more inquiries into booked jobs without manually chasing every person down. One of my favorite changes has been the review system. Reveal helped raise our star rating.

Questions

Can the estimate handle different films and vehicle types?

Yes. You define the vehicle classes, the openings and the film tiers, and the estimate walks the customer through them. What comes back to you is a specification rather than a request to call back.

What about legal tint limits?

The estimate can collect what someone wants and note that limits vary by state and by window. It does not tell anyone what is legal for them, because that is a rule you know for your state and we are not going to guess it on your behalf.

Most of our work walks in. Is a website worth it?

Walk-ins search you first, usually on a phone in a parking lot. A page that shows the work and gives a real starting price is what turns that search into an arrival.

Will this work with my current website?

Yes. It works alongside the site you already have, and the system also comes with a new website that books jobs, live in 14 days, if you want one. We work with tint shops across Columbus and nationwide.

What happens when I fill out the form?

You answer a few questions about the business and see how many jobs missed calls are costing you. Then you can book a time to talk it through. It takes about two minutes.

What if a call still gets missed?

Every call answered, or your next month is free. That is the guarantee on The Never Lose a Job System.

More about tint shops in Columbus

Customers in Columbus, OH search, compare, and book in minutes, usually on their phone, often after hours. Reveal gives tint shops the AI tools to answer the price question instantly and book the bay: instant answers to the questions that arrive at night, a real ceramic tint bookable without a phone call, reviews collected on their own, and follow-up that keeps going after you have moved on to the next job.

Window tint is priced per vehicle or per opening and sold almost entirely on the quote. Whoever gives a real number fastest tends to get the booking, and the work photographs well enough that a site with no gallery is competing with one hand behind its back.

The quote request that waits for a callback

Someone wants to know what their car or their windows will cost. If the answer requires a phone call during working hours, they ask the next shop, and the next shop answers.

An instant estimate on your site that asks the right questions and gives your real starting ranges.

Quotes that go quiet

You gave a price, they said they would think about it, and that is the last you heard. Nobody follows up, so the job goes to whoever happened to be in front of them a week later.

A short scheduled follow-up that goes out for you and stops on a reply.

Work nobody can see

Tint is a visual product being sold from text. The difference between films is something a customer has to be shown, and most shops have those photographs on a phone rather than on the site.

A before and after gallery on your own site plus reviews collected while the car is still new to them.

The visitor who leaves no trace

Someone reads your page, decides you look right, and then closes the tab because they were not ready to call. Nothing about that visit is recoverable, so it never shows up as a lost job. It just shows up as a quiet week.

A second way to make contact that does not require picking up the phone, plus one honest offer on the way out.

A market with a wide spread between older neighbourhoods and new development, which means the same trade is quoting two very different jobs and needs the intake to tell them apart before the visit.
