What we collect, and what we don’t.

Reveal is operated by Reveal AI LLC, a California limited liability company at 1773 Royal Saint George Dr, Westlake Village, CA 91362. For anything in this policy, including a request to delete your information, email support@revealai.live.

You came to us. You visited revealai.live, requested a demo, bought something, or emailed us. We decide what happens to that information, and this policy governs it.

You talked to one of our customers. If you used a chat box, booking form, or pop-up on some other business’s website, that business is our customer and the information is theirs. We only handle it to run the tool on their behalf, under our contract with them. We do not sell it, we do not use it to market to you, and we do not add you to our own lists. To have it removed, ask that business, or email us and we will pass the request along and act on it.

• Contact details you type in: name, email address, phone number, business name, and your website address.
• Chat conversations. When you use one of our AI chat widgets, the messages are stored so the business can read what you asked and follow up. The assistant is automated software, not a person, and the widget says so before you type.
• Your public website. To build a demo we read the pages of the website address you give us and take a screenshot of the homepage.
• Basic usage data. Which tools were shown, opened, and clicked. We keep counts, not profiles, and we do not track you across other companies’ websites.
• Payment information goes directly to Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, health information, or biometric data through this website, and we ask you not to send them to us by email or chat.

We record sales and support calls, and we tell you at the start of every one. California requires everyone on a call to agree before it can be recorded, so you will hear us ask. If you would rather we did not, say so and we will turn it off and carry on with the call. Saying no costs you nothing.

We record them to train, to check that what we promised on a call matches what gets built, and to settle any question about what was agreed. Recordings are stored privately, are not published, are not sold, and are not used to advertise to you. You can ask us to delete yours at any time using the contact details at the bottom of this page.

To build and show you a demo, to deliver and support what you bought, to send order and account messages, to follow up about a demo you asked for, and to keep the service secure and working. That is the whole list.

We do not sell your personal information, and we never have. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

These providers process information on our behalf, under contract, only to provide their piece of the service:

• Anthropic: the AI model behind chat and demo generation
• Supabase: our database
• Vercel: website and application hosting
• Stripe: payments
• Resend: sending email
• Calendly: scheduling calls
• Google: finding a business’s website when you do not give us the address

We do not use your conversations or your business data to train AI models, and we do not let our providers do so either.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

• Chat conversations: 90 days, unless the conversation produced a lead for the business, in which case it is kept with that lead.
• Leads and contact details: for as long as the business is our customer, and then deleted on request.
• Demo pages and screenshots: until the demo is no longer needed, then deleted on request.
• Orders, invoices, and tax records: as long as the law requires us to keep them.

Email. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom and it works immediately. You will still get messages about an order you placed.

Deletion. Email support@revealai.live and we will delete your information. We will confirm when it is done. We do not charge for this and we will not ask you to create an account to do it.

A copy, or a correction. Ask, and we will send you what we hold or fix what is wrong.

We honor these requests from anyone who asks, regardless of where they live and regardless of whether a particular privacy law happens to cover us.

We only text a phone number when someone has ticked the opt-in box next to that number. We store the exact wording that was on screen at the time, along with when it was agreed to. We never buy phone numbers and we never text a number that reached us any other way.

Message frequency varies with what you asked for. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop all further texts, which takes effect immediately and needs no explanation. Reply HELP to get the name of the business texting you and a way to contact them.

Phone numbers collected for text messaging are never sold, rented, or shared with anyone for their own marketing. They are shared only with the messaging carrier that has to deliver the message, and with the business you gave the number to.

If you gave your number to one of our customers through a form on their website, that business is the sender and the number is theirs. Stopping messages from them does not affect any other business, and stopping messages does not delete the record that you once asked them not to text you, which is the record that keeps it from happening again.

We use your browser’s local storage to remember your cart and which version of a widget you were shown, so the page behaves consistently when you come back. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on this site today. If that changes, this policy changes first.

Data is encrypted in transit, database access is server-side only, and payment details never touch our servers. No system is perfect, and we will not pretend otherwise. If a breach affects your information, we will tell you as the law requires.

This is a service for businesses. It is not directed to anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top, and for anything significant we will say so on the site.
