How it actually works
The carrier sends their scope as a PDF, and somebody at your shop spends the evening retyping every line item to build your own estimate against it. Upload the PDF instead, and the line items come out as rows on the right claim: description, quantity, price, totals checked against the document's own arithmetic. Anything the read is not sure about waits in a short list for a person instead of being filed wrong.
