How it actually works
Finds the same product hiding under four supplier codes and merges it into one record. Certain matches, made on barcode, are kept separate from probable ones made on wording, so you are never asked to trust a guess. Your stock counts come out right, usually for the first time.
What we need from you
- An export of your catalog
- Barcodes where you have them, which makes it far more certain
What you get back
- A list of duplicate groups, split into certain and probable
- A merged record per group, with the fields it chose and why
- An undo on every merge
Nothing merges until you approve it. Without barcodes it works on wording alone, which is good but not certain, and it will say so on every one of those. The listed price covers up to 100 documents or pages a month. Past that it moves to the next tier, and we tell you before it does, never after.
