Color Memory Bank

A customer calls three years later wanting the color of their living room, and the answer is in a photograph of a can lid on somebody's old phone, or it is nowhere. Now every color goes in the book as you use it: the brand, the name and code, the sheen, the room it went in, and who it was for. The touch-up call becomes a lookup, and the colors that got changed twice mid-job are all there in the order they happened.

It keeps what your crew writes down, in their words. It never reads a color off a photograph, never matches or converts between brands, and never guesses which of two changes was the one that went on the wall: it shows you both, dated, and you say. A room nobody logged is a room it cannot tell you about. There is no monthly cap on normal use.
