How it actually works

The drying file gets written from memory a week after the fans came out, and the equipment nobody wrote down is the equipment nobody gets paid for. Now each loss has a book: a tap when a piece of equipment goes in, a tap when it comes out, and each day's readings typed from the truck with the room they came from. What was running, on which day, at which loss, is a dated record rather than a reconstruction.

What we need from you

  • The losses you are drying right now, which you can add as you go
  • A phone, which your techs already carry

What you get back

  • Equipment on site per loss, counted from real placements and pickups
  • Daily readings with the room and material they were taken from
  • A dated line for every day of the drying period
  • Mistakes voided with a line through them, never erased

It records what your techs enter. It never generates a reading, never adjusts one, and never fills in a day nobody logged, because an invented line is exactly what a file review would find. A missed day stays honestly blank. It is your own record of the job, not a substitute for your carrier's or your third-party administrator's own requirements, and it makes no claim about what any of them will pay. There is no monthly cap on normal use.
