Part of: hours back every week

Reminders, invoices, staff training, permits and paperwork handled by AI while you are on the job. It is priced inside your plan, alongside only the other tools that close your gaps.

How it actually works

A customer calls about posts heaving on a fence you set three years ago, and nobody can say what was done at install or whether this is the second time they have called. Every warranty call goes in the book against the customer: what they reported, what you found, what you did, and whether it is still open. What you noted at install sits in the same place, so the conversation starts from a record instead of from two people remembering different jobs.

What we need from you

  • The customers or addresses you have installed for, which you can add as you go
  • A phone, which your crew already carries

What you get back

  • Every warranty call against the customer, dated and attributed
  • What was reported, what was found, and what was done
  • A running count of what is still open per customer
  • Mistakes voided with a line through them, never erased

The limits, up front. It keeps what your people write down. It never decides whether something is covered, never reads your warranty terms, and never tells a customer anything: what your warranty covers is in the document you gave them, and whether a particular call falls inside it is your judgement. A call nobody logged is a call it cannot show you. There is no monthly cap on normal use.
