Freeze and Resume Watch

A member asks to freeze for six weeks and it gets written on a sticky note or a paper file. Six weeks later nobody remembers, so either they stay frozen for months of free membership or they get billed while they still think they are paused, and the second one becomes a chargeback. Put each freeze on the list with the date it should resume, and a warning lands with runway and again a few days out, to whoever you name. You decide what happens; the list makes sure the date is not the thing that decides it.

It watches the dates you enter and warns the people you name. It never pauses a payment, never restarts one, and never touches your billing system or anyone's card: what it does is make sure a resume date is never the thing that gets forgotten. Whether a freeze is extended, ended or honoured is your call and your agreement with the member. The listed price covers up to 100 documents or pages a month. Past that it moves to the next tier, and we tell you before it does, never after.
