How it actually works

Recurring accounts fall through the cracks at billing time: the month ends, the mowing happened, and whether the invoice went out lives in the owner's memory and a paper stack. Tell it the customer and the month, and it drafts the invoice from your own service list and standing prices, line by line, with your payment terms on it. You review it in your portal chat and approve it before anything goes anywhere.

The listed price covers up to 100 documents or pages a month. Past that it moves to the next tier, and we tell you before it does, never after.
