How it actually works
Photograph a vendor invoice on the loading dock and it comes back as a clean row: vendor, invoice number, line items, total, due date. It reads a crumpled phone photo about as well as it reads a clean PDF, and it learns the vendors you actually buy from, so it gets sharper every month.
What we need from you
- The accounting or spreadsheet system you want rows written into
- A month of past invoices, which is what teaches it your vendors
What you get back
- A structured row per invoice, ready to post
- A confidence mark per field, and anything unsure held back for you
- A running total per vendor, so you can see who crept their prices up
Anything it cannot read confidently comes back marked for you to check rather than quietly guessed at. Typing one in by hand is always available, so a bad scan never blocks the day.
