How it actually works
Certs lapse quietly: the CPR card nobody rechecked, the trainer certification that expired between annual reviews, the business license on autopay until the card changed. Photograph each one once and its date is on one list; a warning lands two months out and again in the final two weeks, to whoever you name. Renewals get photographed in and the clock resets.

Dates are read from the photographed document and shown for your check. The listed price covers up to 100 documents or pages a month. Past that it moves to the next tier, and we tell you before it does, never after.
