How it actually works

Payment goes quiet on a job and the date that protects you slips by while everyone is still being polite about it. Put the job on the list with the date you or your attorney worked out, and it is watched every day: a warning with real runway, then a final one, to whoever you name. It is a calendar that will not forget, sitting where the jobs are, instead of a note in a file nobody opens until it is too late.

The limits, up front. IT IS NOT LEGAL ADVICE AND IT DOES NOT WORK OUT YOUR DEADLINES. Lien deadlines are set by each state's own statutes, they differ, they turn on facts about the job we cannot see, and getting one wrong can end your right to be paid permanently. So this System watches the date YOU entered and does nothing else: it never calculates a date, never cites a statute, never tells you which deadline applies to a job, and never suggests a date you gave it is the right one. Get the date from your attorney or your lien service. Then let this be the thing that does not forget it. The listed price covers up to 100 documents or pages a month. Past that it moves to the next tier, and we tell you before it does, never after.
