How it actually works

Parts for one repair come from three places, the dealer, the parts store and sometimes the salvage yard, and by the end of the month nobody can say what the parts on a ticket actually cost. This reads a photograph of any parts invoice and files it against the repair order it was for, priced out line by line. Pick the RO once at the counter and it stays picked, so photographing an invoice is one tap and nothing to remember later.

The limits, up front. It reads what is on the paper. It never guesses which repair order an invoice was for, so one photographed without an RO picked waits in a short list for you to say. Typing one in by hand is always available and files exactly the same way, so a bad photo never blocks the day. The listed price covers up to 300 receipts a month, which is more than most crews photograph. Past that it moves to the next tier, and we tell you before it does, never after.
