How it actually works

Set up the steps you want on every job once, and the crew photographs each one as it happens: the mix ticket as it comes off the truck, the forms and rebar before anything goes in, the finish at the end. Each photo lands on the job with the date and the step it was for, and the record is readable from the office without driving anywhere.

The limits, up front. It records photographs and describes what is in them. It never judges the work: no verdict on whether a pour was good, whether a mix was right, or whether anything meets a standard, because that is an engineer's call on a real site and not a reading of a photo.
