How it actually works

A customer brings a car in for an oil change and comes back a month later saying the shop wrecked the engine, and the honest answer to did anyone write down what it looked like is usually no. Now the person at intake photographs the car and the dash, and the photos become a timestamped record: odometer as displayed, plate, and what is visibly marked or worn, described plainly by location. When the dispute comes, you are reading your own dated record instead of remembering.

The limits, up front. It records what is visible in the photos and nothing else. It never diagnoses, never estimates prior damage age or cause, and never takes a side in a dispute: it is your own dated record, and what you do with it is between you and your customer. Uncertain reads are flagged for a person to check. The listed price covers up to 300 records a month, and past that it moves to the next tier, and we tell you before it does, never after.
