How it actually works
Paper comes off a job site faster than anyone can file it: material receipts from four suppliers, a delivery ticket, a handwritten note about what got done. This reads a photograph of any of them and files it against the project, priced line by line, the same day it happened rather than at the end of the month. Whoever is on site photographs it, and the office sees it immediately.

It reads paper. It does not collect timesheets from your crew and it is not a daily field reporting app, so the labour half of a daily log stays wherever it lives today. Anything it cannot read confidently comes back marked rather than quietly guessed at. The listed price covers up to 300 receipts a month, which is more than most crews photograph. Past that it moves to the next tier, and we tell you before it does, never after.
