Your crew picks the task, photographs the work, and every site builds a dated record: what the photo shows, what bears on the task, and anything that visibly stands out, described plainly. You read the day's sites from your desk, and the crew knows the photos are part of closing out.

It describes what is in the photo and files it; it never grades the work, never pronounces a site clean, and never messages your client or your crew on its own. Judgement stays yours, which is what makes the record defensible. The listed price covers up to 600 photos a month, and past that it moves to the next tier, and we tell you before it does, never after.
