How it actually works

Most quotes are not lost to price. They are lost to silence: you send the number, you dread the did-you-decide call, and the job quietly goes to whoever asked again. Now you tell your assistant a quote went out and that is the whole job. A polite note goes to the customer a few days later, a second one a week after that, and a last one that says it is the last one. The moment they answer, you tell it to stop and take the conversation from there.

What we need from you

  • You saying a quote went out, with the customer's email
  • Your cadence: when the first note goes and how often after

What you get back

  • Three follow-up notes in your business's voice, sent on schedule
  • A first note timed days after the quote, never crowding it
  • A final note that says it is final, so nobody feels hounded
  • Stop any one of them any time by saying so in your portal chat

It follows up on quotes you tell it about; it does not read your inbox or your quoting software. It never invents details about the quote, and when the customer replies, the conversation is yours: replies land in your inbox, not ours. The listed price covers up to 100 documents or pages a month. Past that it moves to the next tier, and we tell you before it does, never after.
