Part of: hours back every week

Reminders, invoices, staff training, permits and paperwork handled by AI while you are on the job. It is priced inside your plan, alongside only the other tools that close your gaps.

How it actually works

Reservice requests arrive as texts, voicemails and forwarded emails, and whoever sees one first triages it from scratch. Paste the ticket and the parts that matter get flagged with the customer's own words quoted: safety signals first, wording that bears on whether this is covered reservice or a new pest, signs a phone walkthrough could resolve it, and what is worth asking before anyone drives out. Whether the truck rolls and what gets billed stays entirely your call.

What we need from you

  • The customer's message, pasted in
  • A minute to read what it flags

What you get back

  • Safety and health signals surfaced first, always
  • Covered-or-new wording flagged so you can decide what it is
  • Phone-fixable signs named as something to explain, never a brush-off
  • The questions worth asking before a truck rolls

The limits, up front. It reads the ticket and points at its words; it never decides what is covered, never sets a price, and never contacts your customer. Severity means how urgently a person should look, nothing else. Finding nothing to flag is a fact about what it looked for, never a verdict on the request. The listed price covers up to 100 documents or pages a month. Past that it moves to the next tier, and we tell you before it does, never after.
