How it actually works

A school-year roster turns over every September and every returning family gets rebuilt from nothing: the same names typed again, the same classes, the same emergency contacts, a fresh form to chase. Tell it the family and what is changing, and it drafts their re-enrollment note from what you already have on them: the classes they were in, the day and time you are offering this season, and your prices. You read it, you approve it, and it goes out as a review of what is already true rather than a blank form.

What we need from you

  • Your season dates, classes and prices, once at setup
  • The family and what is changing for them, in a sentence

What you get back

  • A drafted note per returning family, carrying last season's own details
  • Your dates and prices only, never an invented one
  • A clear marker where a fact is missing, instead of a guess
  • Your approval before anything reaches a family

It drafts and you approve; nothing is sent, charged or enrolled without you. It uses only the prices and dates you set, and anything you have not given it comes back as a marked blank rather than a number. It does not take a signature, does not collect a payment, and is not a substitute for the waiver a parent or guardian has to sign for a minor, which stays your responsibility and your form. The listed price covers up to 100 documents or pages a month. Past that it moves to the next tier, and we tell you before it does, never after.
