How it actually works

The carrier's estimate lands and somebody sits down to cross-reference it against your own scope, line by line, by eye. Add both documents and every line where the two disagree gets flagged with both quoted: your words, their words, and the difference named in one sentence. Lines only one estimate carries are surfaced from both directions. What any difference is worth for the claim stays a judgement for you and the policyholder.

What we need from you

  • Your estimate and the carrier's, pasted or uploaded
  • Two minutes to read the variance list

What you get back

  • Every variance quotes both documents, never a paraphrase
  • Quantity and unit price differences named line by line
  • Lines only one estimate carries, surfaced from both directions
  • What to pull before raising each one: the measurement, the photo, the price list entry

It is a reading aid for two documents, not a coverage adviser and not legal advice. The ruleset is your own estimate, not a compliance standard. It never totals variances into a figure, never predicts a supplement, and never says what the carrier owes: it points at both documents' own text so a person can judge each difference. Finding nothing to flag is a fact about what it compared, never a verdict on the claim. The listed price covers up to 100 documents or pages a month. Past that it moves to the next tier, and we tell you before it does, never after.
