How it actually works
The application record lives on a clipboard in a truck, gets typed up on a Sunday, and the one anybody ever asks for is the one that went missing. Now each property has a book: the technician types what was applied, how much, and where, on the spot, and it is dated and signed to them from that moment. Two years of a property's applications read back in one screen instead of a folder search.

It never fills in an application nobody logged, never writes a record on anyone's behalf, and it makes no statement about whether your records satisfy your state, your licence, or any federal rule: what those require is between you and your regulator, and this is your own book kept properly. It is not a label lookup, not a rate calculator, and not advice on what to apply. There is no monthly cap on normal use.
