The sub shows up, the GC finds out his insurance lapsed two weeks ago, and now the crew is down a man and the schedule eats it. The spreadsheet does not remind anyone. This does: photograph each sub's COI and license once, the dates go on one list, and a warning lands six weeks out and again in the final two weeks, to you and whoever runs the gate. A renewed certificate is photographed once and the clock resets.

It tracks the documents you load and warns the people you name. It never verifies coverage with the carrier, never claims a sub is insured, and never decides who works: it tells you a date is coming, and what you do about the sub is yours. Dates are read from the photographed document and shown for your check. The listed price covers up to 100 documents or pages a month.
