How it actually works
Every morning starts with the same translation: three jobs in your head becoming one list for the counter. Say the jobs and what each needs to your assistant, roughly as you would say it at the counter, and the order sheet comes back grouped by supply house: every line a checkbox, quantities where you gave them, the job it belongs to in parentheses.
