Part of: hours back every week

Reminders, invoices, staff training, permits and paperwork handled by AI while you are on the job. It is priced inside your plan, alongside only the other tools that close your gaps.

How it actually works

The customer questions the hours, and everything rides on your word against their doubt. Now arriving is a tap, leaving is a tap, and what got done is a line typed from the truck: every job builds a timestamped record of time on site. When the invoice gets questioned, you are reading dated entries back, not remembering. A tap forgotten at the time can be entered later with its honest time, and it says so.

What we need from you

  • A phone in the truck
  • The habit: a tap arriving, a tap leaving

What you get back

  • Time on site per job, summed from timestamped arrivals and departures
  • Work notes on the same record, dated and signed
  • A record you can read back line by line when hours are questioned
  • Mistakes voided with a line through them, never erased

The limits, up front. It records what your crew logs: an arrival nobody tapped is time it cannot count, and it never fills a gap in for you, because an invented departure is exactly what a disputing customer would find. It is your own record, not a payroll system and not a GPS tracker. There is no monthly cap on normal use.
