How it actually works

A file goes back for one missing photo and the whole payment waits another two weeks. Paste or upload the file you are about to submit and the documentation requirements you were given, and every requirement with nothing answering it in the file gets listed, quoting the requirement in the words it was written in. You fix the gaps before you send rather than after it comes back.

What we need from you

  • The claim file you are about to submit, pasted or uploaded
  • The documentation requirements you were given, pasted or uploaded

What you get back

  • Each requirement quoted in its own words, with what in the file answers it
  • The requirements nothing in the file appears to answer, listed plainly
  • A reading order, so the biggest gaps are at the top
  • What to go and get for each gap, named as a document or a photo

It reads two documents and reports what one does not appear to answer in the other. It never says a file is complete, sufficient, or ready, because that is the reader's decision and not ours, and it never scores you or your crew. It cannot see anything outside the text you gave it, so a photo that exists in a folder somewhere and not in the file reads as missing. Finding nothing to list is a fact about what it compared, never a verdict on the file. The listed price covers up to 100 documents or pages a month. Past that it moves to the next tier, and we tell you before it does, never after.
