AI website tools for Restaurants in Austin

Customers in Austin, TX search, compare, and book in minutes, usually on their phone, often after hours. Reveal gives restaurants the AI tools to turn hungry searchers into booked tables and repeat regulars: instant answers to the questions that arrive at night, a real table for 2 bookable without a phone call, reviews collected on their own, and follow-up that keeps going after you have moved on to the next job.

A restaurant is priced once, years ago, and then run on instinct while every input price moves. Add the prep list somebody writes out longhand every night and the food handler cards that expire without warning, and a large amount of a chef week is spent on paper instead of on the pass.

Where restaurants lose work

A menu that was never costed

Plenty of long-running kitchens have never costed a plate. Vendor prices move, pack sizes change, yields drift, and the dish you think carries the menu may be the one quietly funding everything else.

Read your invoices and get a costed plate you can actually price against.

Tomorrow prep list, written out longhand

Someone sits down at the end of service and writes the prep list on paper, from memory and covers. It takes the better part of an hour, every night, and it is the last hour of a long day.

A par-based prep list built from what you actually hold and expect, ready to adjust rather than write.

Cards that expire before the inspection

Food handler cards and certifications lapse silently, and you find out in the worst possible setting, which is standing next to an inspector. New staff are the usual gap.

A watch on every card and certificate with warning before the date, not after.

Regulars who quietly stopped coming

A regular does not announce that they have stopped. They just come in less, then not at all, and nothing in the business notices because the room was busy anyway.

A reason to come back, sent to the people who already liked the place.

Questions, answered

Do I have to retype my invoices to cost a menu?

No. You photograph or upload the supplier invoice and it is read line by line, with pack size and price per unit. That is the step that has stopped most kitchens from ever doing this, so it is the step that had to go.

We take reservations through a platform already.

Keep it. The tools here sit around it: answering the questions that arrive outside service, collecting reviews after a visit, and bringing back people who have not been in for a while. Nothing asks you to move your bookings.

Will the certificate watch tell me what the rules are?

No. It watches the dates on the documents you give it and warns you before they pass. What the requirement is remains between you and your health department, and a tool that claimed otherwise would be the wrong tool.

Will this work with my current website?

Yes. The tools bolt onto the site you already have, no rebuild required (though a refresh is available if you want one). We work with restaurants across Austin and nationwide.

What's the catch with the free demo?

There isn't one. The demo is free and built from your real site. If you love it, we turn it into the real thing; if not, you keep the ideas. No credit card to see it.
