Yes. Sessions, classes and trials are separate booking types with their own capacity and duration, so a trial does not consume a class slot.
What happens if someone books a trial and does not show?
They get a reminder before, and if they still miss it they get one message afterwards offering to rebook. After that they stop hearing about it, because chasing a no-show past that point does not work and does annoy people.
Will you text our members?
Only members who agreed to it, and every message carries a way to stop. Consent is recorded with a timestamp and an opt-out is permanent.
Will this work with my current website?
